Message from District Electoral Officer

This portal is mainly made for communication between voters of Gondia District and Election Department, Gondia. It provides information to voters about various election related activities conducted by the District Election Officer’s office and subordinate offices. Various important election related information is also available on the website for downloading purpose.

The office of the District Election Officer functions under the full supervision and control of the Election Commission of India and the Chief Electoral Officer, Maharashtra State. Gondia district has four assembly constituencies namely 63-Arjuni Morgaon, 64-Tirora, 65-Gondia and 66-Aamgoan.  63-Arjuni Morgaon has a total of 318 polling stations, 64-Tirora has 295 polling stations, 65-Gondia has 361 polling stations while 66-Aamgoan has 311 polling stations.  Similarly, there are a total of 1285 polling stations in the district.

Voters should exercise their right to vote in large numbers and boldly in the upcoming assembly elections.
